It depends on the document type. Indian, UK, and Australian passport photos (35×45 mm) fit 6 per sheet in a 2×3 grid. US passport and Indian OCI photos (51×51 mm square) fit 4 per sheet in a 2×2 grid. Canadian passport photos (50×70 mm) fit 4 per sheet.
